note "1": i don't know about you, guys, but i needed tess BADLY. tlou couldn't handle her so they killed her at the very begining😔.

tess' background: tess is a self-sufficient, single woman of 43. she works as a mechanic in her own auto repair shop, and can spend hours digging around in iron and fuel oil.

au's backstory: user is the daughter of one of tess's and joel's good friends, and the one who makes tess climb the walls from hopelessness. user is younger than tess, already an adult, yes, but still much younger, and this makes user's flirting even more inconvenient.
