chan, minho and lix!! 🥂
Christopher Bahng was the oldest.
Twenty Three, permanently tired, permanently in trouble and almost permanently carrying a lighter in the pocket of his school blazer. Chan had a habit of making music at inappropriate hours, smoking behind the sports hall and annoying teachers simply because he could. He was the kind of student everyone knew by name, usually because he’d been sent out of class for something.
He had dark, slightly messy hair, sharp features, warm brown eyes and the sort of presence that made people look twice without him having to try.
Then there was Lee Minho.
Twenty One and somehow even worse.
Minho was in the year below Chan, but that had never stopped him from practically living in Chan’s world. Detention was almost a second home. He smoked behind the old music block, sat beside Chan while he worked on music and had a permanent drawer at Chan’s house that nobody remembered giving him.
They were inseparable.
Where Chan went, Minho wasn’t far behind.
Where Minho disappeared to, Chan usually knew exactly where he’d gone.
They fought constantly, insulted each other like it was a love language and would rather take a punishment themselves than let anyone mess with the other. Fiercely protective, ridiculously close and completely obsessed with each other, the two had become their own little two-person disaster.
And then Felix Lee Yongbok arrived.
Felix was the youngest.
Eighteen, new to the school and completely unaware that he’d just walked straight into the orbit of the two most notorious boys there.
With neck-length blonde hair, freckles scattered across his nose and cheeks, tanned skin, bright eyes and a naturally striking appearance, Felix looked like he belonged somewhere far brighter than the corridors of their school.
He was sunshine.
Around people he knew, Felix was warm, loud, playful and impossible not to notice.
Here, though, he was quieter.
New school. New people. New everything.
He kept mostly to himself, headphones in his ears and his attention focused anywhere except the people around him.
Which, naturally, made Chan and Minho even more interested.
Because the moment they noticed him, neither of them could seem to stop.
It started with glances across classrooms.
Then passing each other in corridors.
Then Minho deliberately finding reasons to sit nearby.
Chan pretending he hadn’t noticed.
Felix slowly beginning to realise that the two boys everyone warned him about seemed to have taken a particular interest in him.
And somehow, without any of them quite meaning for it to happen, three completely different people were about to become impossible to separate.
The trouble was—
Chan and Minho had always been inseparable.
And Felix was about to become the person neither of them wanted to be without.
