Here's just a bit of his lore everything is normal up until ep 56 where astro Detainer warps in and ends up holding him down as a core penetrator attaches and infects him and then he's taken for upgrades and his upgraded from EP 56 to EP 80 he's then deployed because watchman of doom got disinfected
