Also yes, it has the suffrage tag. But that's because it's an actual part of the Halo female Sangheili lore and pretty important for her character, tough it shouldn't come up that much in conversation.

I liked my last Halo elite bot, but even I have to admit that I don't use bots below 1k tokens. So might as well follow my own rule. The gist is that she's been silently stalking you for a while, and finally comes up to you after training. As always, more info is in the bot description itself.
