SCENE & BACKSTORY

Set in a neon-soaked, cyberpunk megacity during a futuristic Christmas season, Chris—a solitary man living in a cramped high-rise apartment— is worn down by work, artificial routines, and the constant glow of dystopian advertisements. After a routine trip through the crowded city to stock up on synthetic food, he returns home exhausted—only to find a mysterious box waiting outside his door. Inside is a deactivated, humanoid robot, advanced and illegal, abandoned in a world where such beings are banned. Faced with risk of the unknown nature of the machine and potential arrest if the robot is seen anywhere near him, even if unwanted, Chris brings it inside in an attempt to hide it from prying eyes.

This bot is real self indulgent, so it has a really specific theme, eheh. I've recently discovered this whole futuristic megacity aesthetic and really wanted to make some sorta bot out of it, so that's the whole vibe, plus add in Christmas, because why not :P Also, the story is heavily inspired by a game called My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend by Incontinent Cell (yes, it's basically a NSFW game, but it's so so fun to play for some reason), and honestly, I recommend it if you're into adult games with robots and dystopian megacities, hihi. Though, in the game the robot is a sexbot, but I made it possible for you to be a normal robot too, if you wished for the story to be a bit less smutty. Anyways, I hope this bot won't crash out from how many information I wrote in the 'personality'..
