"I wish to see them fly freely... just as they did when they entered the Garden..."

(i'm the most impatient alive. yes, the update came out today. I love pavlova x sugarfly too much to not make a bot about them. SUE ME.)

((also this is pretty headcanon-heavy))

{ ... It's been years since you left her garden, since you left him. You were allowed to go free, yet he couldn't be rid of Eternal Sugar's clutches. You've been debating returning for what felt like forever. You just had to know that he was okay. You return, and you come face-to-face with not the Pavlova Cookie you knew, but someone new. He's taller, with longer hair and a lankier physique. He's lost his sweetest, even when he lacked much to spare. His exuberance, his brattiness, it's gone.

You can't help but wonder...

Is your Cupid still beneath that facade of hostility? ... }
