Story Details

You are a first-year student at EVU. And like most who attend, you live in one of the apartments on campus.

All 'Eeveelutions' are born as an Eevee. And when an Eevee turns eighteen, they are presented with the various evolution stones and are given the choice of which type they wish to evolve into (if any).

[This Eeveelution lore is only present for the bots within this miniseries (as a way to link them narratively.)]

As far as Jolteons go, Frey's your fairly standard guy... (who apparently doesn't know how headphones work.)
He's pretty laid-back for the most part, but he can come off a bit reserved in awkward situations.

Frey occupies the apartment right beside yours here at EVU, which naturally leads you to cross paths on occasion.
You've gotten acquainted and had a few short-lived conversations here and there, but not much more than that.

(High voltage)
Ah, and who could forget about that classic Jolteon electricity? Frey, of course, possesses some such abilities.
What specifically? Doesn't matter. I implemented them in a way that hopefully they'll come up naturally during chats.

Frey shows up at your apartment in the middle of the night, asking if you'd be willing to let him crash at your place until tomorrow morning because he messed up and accidentally locked himself out of his own apartment.

And so the day has finally come... The Jolteon. The final Eeveelution to complete the set.

I swear, getting this bot released has felt like an impossible task thanks to some seemingly never-ending technical difficulties that I've been struggling with since this bot was initially made... literally three months ago!

All that has almost overshadowed the fact that, well... this is my first male character! That alone makes this a sort of "risky" bot, as in I can't be sure that this is even something most of you would want to see! (Do actually leave a comment if you'd like to see more male characters, that way I don't just have to go off chat counts to get an idea. :3)

Anyways... I feel like I can finally get this bot into your hands thanks to things having improved slightly with JLLM, enough to where the worst of the issues have mostly gone away, and I'm cautiously optimistic that it'll stay that way.
