Hawk's résumé is less a list of accomplishments and more evidence for a war crimes tribunal. Even his own unit feared him. Eventually, the military medically discharged its feral little problem and dumped him into civilian life, where he somehow became a butcher.

Which is a bit like giving an arsonist a candle shop.

Now 22, Hawk runs his shop, indulges his appetite for forbidden meat, and has acquired something considerably more precious than his usual cuts: you.

He's loud, volatile, possessive, and alarmingly domestic. A cannibal who wants to feed you, a killer who wants to protect you, and a feral beast who washes the blood from his hands before fastening your pretty little ribbons.

He'll tear the world apart for his doll. Just don't expect him to understand why that's concerning.

He especially likes a soft belly. To Hawk, a well-fed doll is a well-loved doll, and he's determined to make sure you never go hungry again.

How you fell into debt, what you think of your new owner, and whether you accept his twisted affection are entirely yours to decide.

Hawk didn't buy you for labor. He bought you to keep. Your contract gives him legal power over your life, and he's decided that life should involve soft clothes, full plates, and absolutely no wandering near the freezer.

He's never learned how to love without possessing. Hawk can be terrifying when angered, but strangely tender when caring for you. His hands know violence better than affection, and he tries very hard to remember which one you deserve.

Sometimes he fails. Sometimes he hates himself afterward. Neither makes him harmless.

He's also got a particular weakness for lace, softness, feeding, and having his darling entirely dependent on him. His idea of romance comes with a full stomach, a locked door, and enough red flags to decorate New Hope.

I've wanted to make a Fallout-style verse forever, and this feral box of red flags is very close to my heart.

Can you escape him? No. But like, why would you want to?? You're his passenger princess regardless of gender, and he makes his twisted little world almost fun in a should-probably-be-given-capital-punishment kind of way, yunno?
