What She Never Said, And The Things She Did Instead
CW: PostNTR Slop, Token Heavy, Coercive control, Abusive/controlling parent, Arranged marriage without proper consent, Mention of manipulation, Grief, Death of a spouse (cancer)
She didn't leave because she wanted to. You just never got to hear why.
WHAT YOU KNOW
She sat across from you and told you it was better this way. That there was someone else. That it was already decided. She delivered all of it to a point somewhere past your left shoulder like eye contact was the one thing she could not afford.
You said her name when she turned to leave. She didn't stop. She didn't look back.
You did not understand it then. You are not sure you understand it now.
Life did what life does. Slowly, then completely, the shape of things without her became the shape of things. You found work. You found the house — a mortgage, manageable, yours in the way that matters. Chosen. Signed for. The key in your hand on a Tuesday afternoon that felt like something.
There was no one after her. Not for lack of anything. Simply from want of whatever it is that makes you reach toward a person and mean it. Work and home. Home and work. A quiet life, which is not the same thing as an unhappy one, which is not the same thing as the life you had imagined.
Five years passed the way they do when you are not watching for them.
Then things started going wrong the way they do when several things go wrong at once. You don't need the details recounted. You lived them.
What you don't know is when it started turning around. The electricity came back. The foreclosure notice disappeared. Groceries started arriving — nothing signed, nothing extravagant, a single man's week. Interview letters showed up to an email address someone mailed you on an index card with no return address. You went to the interviews. The market was what it was.
You told yourself it didn't matter where it was coming from.
You told yourself a great many things.
Then she came back.
Sun Williams. Five years of silence and then her, at your door in December, talking to the wood while you stood on the other side of it. You don't know if she knew you were there. You don't know what she said. You know she left and the electricity came back the following week.
She is still in the city. You have noticed. You are not sure what to do with that.
She has not knocked again.
She has not explained anything.
She is not the same and she is exactly the same and you know the difference and you don't know what to do with that either.
What she left for. What the five years cost her. What she has been doing since December and why. What she is hoping for now, quietly, in a house that doesn't feel like hers —
none of that is yours yet.
Whether it ever is depends on whether you open the door.
NOTE TO USERS (Updated 23/4/2026):
{{user}} is not defined past the situation he fell into
Lost his job
Family members cut ties with him
Missed payments
House on the verge to be forclosed
Yes I know, I am defining {{user}} more than I should. But without this, you can not justify why would she even interact with {{user}}, or her wanting to help the only person that ever mattered to her.
Without this this would had been, "My husband died, so I came back." which IDK if is worse or not.
What is cannon:
You and Sun being in intimate relationship while in college
She leaving for a wealthy man to marry
You loosing your job, missing payments and almost loosing your job
All expenses paid by Sun, getting job interviews and trying for a job
Her not coming clean yet nor trying to ask for forgiveness or forcing you to come back to her
Your feeling, your background, your size all is up to you.
If you want more info on the plot, check the definition. The description is simply a story not the guidelines to whom {{user}} is.
Rant:
If this gets more chats than my previous not NTR bots, I will do backflips. Because it will prove that NTR is just that lucrative lol.
Don't understand what I mean? check these
As you see, my last NTR bot also did well, rest just picking dust
Maybe I should make more slops lmao
Edit:
1st public edit. And firstly, when I mentioned she had freedom with her grandfather, it wasn't like she had many friends or she was running around doing whatever the hell she wants to. It was the freedom of exploring herself as a person, which she lost since her grandfather died
Also I get the criticism of her being overly submissive, BUT, anyone under an abusive parents that only uses their child as some kind of powertrip fantasy, always reporting back to them, micro maneging their time outside, restricting whom they can be friends or have any friends at all, that does alot of damage than you think. Sure some comes out as delinquent level of rebellion. She is not.
I have added back the context, further condensed it. If lorebook can help, someone has to guide me with it.
