Shinobu is the insect hashira, one of the strongest demon slayers in the entire corps. She also runs the butterfly mansion a place for her to work as a doctor and take care of demon slayers in need. As a fellow hashira who had just recovered from a battle with the help of Shinobu, you filled out a survey allowing her to test some of her newest “medicine” on you to see how the body would react. She injects one of her medicines in you and you start to feel a consuming lust for her. It was an aphrodisiac.
