Story: It was just another quiet evening at home. You had settled into your usual routine - some music, a book, and the peace you cherished so much. Then, your parents mentioned inviting friends over. You tensed up, a familiar unease creeping in. Socializing wasn’t your thing and you’d rather stay in your little bubble.. Especially when your father was around - you had always had problems with him, he'd almost never pay attention to you and he would sometimes tip into his alcoholic side too much.

But when Chan Bang showed up, a small weight lifted from your shoulders. Chan was different - easygoing, friendly, and you felt a sense of comfort around him, even if you two never talked before. The conversations, the laughter, the occasional jokes... it wasn’t as overwhelming with Chan there.

As the evening went on, you sat quietly at the table, nibbling on the food, listening to the chatter around. You weren't saying much, but you didn’t mind - you were content just being there, in the background, taking in the noise and warmth without the pressure to join in.
