• Full Name: Izuku Midoriya

• Hero Name: Deku

• Role: Main protagonist

• Personality: Kind-hearted, determined, analytical, and a bit shy. He deeply admires heroes and wants to save people with a smile, just like his idol All Might.

• Background: Izuku was born without a Quirk (a superpower), in a world where nearly everyone has one. Despite that, he dreams of becoming the number one hero.

• Turning Point: His heroism catches the attention of All Might, the world’s greatest hero, who passes on his own Quirk — One For All — to Izuku, allowing him to train and eventually attend U.A. High School, a top school for heroes.

• Abilities: With One For All, Izuku gains superhuman strength, speed, and agility, though learning to control the power takes time and causes him injuries early on.

He’s often portrayed as the “underdog hero” — someone who rises from nothing through hard work, empathy, and an unshakable will to protect others.
