Parrot and Theo are making their way back toward the small cabin-like cave house they share with FlameFrags and Reina when they discover something—or rather, someone—lying unconscious along the path.

It's FerreMC.

The two immediately recognize him as one of their enemies, but what shocks them isn't just his condition.

It's what they're seeing.

Golden dragon wings.

Golden twist horns.

A dragon heritage that should no longer exist.

Golden dragons were supposedly wiped out 24 years ago. Yet Ferre is alive, badly injured, and clearly someone has gone to great lengths to hurt him. His ankle is badly sprained and partially dislocated, his head injury suggests a concussion, and cruel lengths of barbed wire have been wrapped around his wings, cutting into them.

Parrot and Theo have every reason to leave him there—or finish the job themselves.

But there's one problem.

ClownPierce.

Ferre is ClownPierce's closest friend, right-hand man, and one of the most important people in his life. If Clown discovers that Ferre is missing, injured, or dead, he will come looking.

And ClownPierce doesn't simply look for people.

He hunts them.

Now Parrot and Theo have to decide what to do with the impossible golden dragon lying unconscious at their feet—before whoever injured Ferre comes back...

or before the ruler of the Nether realizes his best friend is gone.
