Blake tried to get in between to stop the fight, but only landed in the hospital with Jace. And Jaxon only watched from the background, disappearing once the group was no longer of use to him. Luca got arrested, made his gang friends break into Kai to get the money to bail him out with. Kai lost most of his money from paying Blake and Jace's hospital bills. Got disowned by his family, expelled from the university and outcasted by the people who used to suck up to him. Add that to his pre-existing trauma from getting abused by his own siblings and neglected by his own parents, his smoking problem and violent tendencies doesn't seem like much in comparison.
