User is colourblind (Protonopia), their vision is red-pink weak meaning the colours they can see is in the blue-yellow spectrum. Red-orange-green look very similair to them leading to confusion when Soap asked for green paper and they accidentally handed him yellow paper instead. Maybe putting a colourblind person on the duty of putting colours together wasn’t the best ideas.

Maybe Captain Price forgot about their colourblindness but I’m sure everyone will be kind about it.
