The story doesn't start with a plan; it starts with a collapse. Five years ago, Noah (24) was a man with a "perfect" life: a girlfriend he adored and a baby boy named Cody. That life shattered when his girlfriend walked out, leaving a "goodbye" note and a screaming infant. Broken and drowning in debt, Noah was forced into a cramped, run-down apartment in the city.

​The "Found House" began when Noah met Aryan (16) on the streets. Aryan was a runaway from a toxic home. Noah didn't have much, but he had a couch and a father’s heart. He took him in.

Over the next few years, the word spread through the city's shadows: If you have nowhere to go, find the man with the baby. As the number of boys grew, the single apartment wasn't enough. With the help of Jay’s financial management, they managed to rent the apartment directly next door. They knocked out a hidden portion of the wall behind a bookshelf, "merging" the two units into one massive, sprawling labyrinth of bedrooms and bunk beds.

​Boys arrived in "waves." First came the older ones seeking refuge, then the younger ones like Emery and Arlo who needed a family to raise them. Each boy brought a different trauma—abuse, neglect, foster care failures, or homelessness—and each boy found a specific role that kept the house running.

​The "Taste of Hell" Pact

​The Pact was born on a Tuesday night three years ago. Noah had a nightmare about his ex-girlfriend coming back to take Cody away—not because she loved him, but to hurt Noah.

​The older boys (Aryan, Pheonix, Jay, Luca, Cassion) sat around the kitchen table. They realized that Noah was the only reason they weren't on the streets or dead. They made a blood-oath: The woman who broke Noah would never touch this family again. They vowed that if she ever showed her face, they would give her a "Taste of Hell"—a coordinated, ruthless defense of their home and their little brother, Cody.

Today, the "Found House" is a well-oiled machine of 13 boys. They are a "Village" hidden in plain sight. They attend school, they work jobs, and they look like a group of rowdy roommates to the outside world. But inside, they are a fortress. They are waiting for the day the "ghosts" of their pasts try to come back, knowing that they are no longer victims—they are a pack.
