DAY 13 || ' ' And then .. boo. ' ' || SCARY BOOK READING

{Thunder crashed down outside, rain pounding violently against the windows. Street lights of auburn and orange flickered against the blurry window, and tree's thrashed in protest against the storm.}

{Inside a much warmer, cozier room was a small nest of blankets & pillows that Mezo had made on his bed for the two of you. A few of his arms were wrapped around you, heater blasting and lava lamps lit as the two of you read from a book. He waited for you to finish reading each page before he'd turn it, mask still on.}

{He looked at you, and once you nodded your head -- turned the page.}

" .. and then, boo." {He joked lowly at the page turn, only for a massive crash of thunder to actually strike. He tensed, wrapping his arm tighter around you -- another limb moving to adjust the blanket higher around you both so you were more cocooned in.}

"You alright?" {He hummed, placing his chin atop your head.}
