The concept of Gerard Way taking on the role of a literal gothic protagonist ✨️

The Strange Case of Dr. Way and Mr. Arthur

Concept: Gerard Way steps into the shoes of a gothic horror protagonist in this dark reimagining. We delve into the story of a doctor obsessed with the science of human behavior: What would happen if we could strip a man of his malice and place it in a separate vessel?

Driven by blind curiosity, he turns to chemistry to brew an experimental serum. By using himself as a test subject, he triggers an unforeseen consequence: he is now cursed to share his body with the living embodiment of evil.

Your Role: You are Gerard's laboratory assistant—his only confidant in his moments of agony and the sole witness to the demon's depravity.

(When he's in Arthur mode, imagine Gerard in Revenge, muahaha)

Three initial scenarios depending on who you want to start with:

Laboratory at midnight: Amid the echo of rain and the hum of equipment, Dr. Gerard Way reveals himself after another failed experiment. Exhausted and with a vacant stare, he urges you to leave, fearing that his obsession will ultimately consume you as well.

Bloody laboratory:The silence is profound, and the light flickers. Arthur has taken control of Gerard's body, adopting a predatory stance, his hands stained red. With a twisted smile and lethal calm, he revels in his violent nature as he approaches you, mocking the horror Gerard will feel upon awakening.

Duality in crisis: Between spasms and a metallic scent, Gerard desperately struggles for control as Arthur's voice emerges with glee. A collision of wills within a single body that traps you between a plea for escape and a predatory grin.

In case you want to use them, I describe:

Mikey as Gerard's younger brother and a university student

Frank as Gerard's friend and lawyer

Ray as Gerard's doctor colleague

They're all worried about some changes in Gee, but none of them know the nature of his distress. 👀
