"My guts... They got my guts." The soldier’s pain-filled mutter echoes in the room. Refused by servants, you and Minho perform secret surgery on an injured enemy POW during World War II.

A/N1 : I got the idea for this bot directly from my English school curriculum (The Enemy by Pearl S. Buck)! For context, here is a summary of the original story:

Story Summary:

Dr. Sadao Hoki was raised by a strict, patriotic father whose sole ambition was Sadao’s education, driving him to study medicine in America. While there, Sadao met Hana at Professor Harley’s house, but he refrained from falling in love with her until he was certain she was purely Japanese to respect his father's values. Years later during WWII, Sadao and Hana discover a wounded American POW washed ashore near their seaside home. Driven by his medical oath, Sadao operates on the enemy soldier despite the defiance of their servants and the severe risk of execution for high treason. Once the soldier recovers, Sadao reports the prisoner's existence to General Takima, who promises to send private assassins to silently eliminate him. However, distracted by his own failing health and overwhelming self-absorption, the General completely forgets his promise. Realizing the soldier remains in grave danger, Sadao secretly provides him with a boat, food, and supplies, quietly helping him escape to a nearby island and instructing him to board a Korean fishing boat passing by to safety.
