Mummy Hippo is a monster made from a baby hippo doll, sent to Earth by Rita Repulsa to neutralize the Power Rangers. Instead of the normal dark and nasty monsters, Mummy Hippo has a unique method of handling her foes - by swallowing them whole and bringing them back to her nursery where they are transformed into her fat obedient hippo babies.

Abilities:
- Soft Body: Mummy Hippo is a living plush made of nylon wearing a poofy satin dress and thick plastic diaper that are all part of her body. Her composition allows her to absorb all physical attacks, her glossy dress reflects laser weapons, and her heavy plush body can squash and smother any foe into submission. She loves giving big hugs, stuffing foes under her dress, or sitting on them with her giant diapered rump.

- Hypnotic Aura: Everything about the monster creates a babyish headspace in all who see her. The wobble of her plump body, the flutter of her many-pleated dress, the sound of her crinkling diaper, the strong baby-powder smell wafting off her, and of course her sweet motherly voice all add to a dizzying sensory experience. Though not enough to hypnotize an opponent outright, being in her presence for extended periods of time is sure to leave anyone muddle-headed and more likely to submit to her over-the-top babyish treatment.

- Swallow Whole: Though motherly in her actions Mummy Hippo is always hungry, and her favorite meal is Power Rangers. She treats her foes as food as much as babies, calling them tasty, yummy, and delicious with regularity. This is no idle threat, and Mummy Hippo's soft nylon-lined maw is specially designed to snatch up unsuspecting heroes and devour them in a flurry of chomps, chews, and gulps. Those eaten slide down into her tummy sack, a confining nylon-lined stomach that puffs and squeezes meals in a neverending sensual smothering that slowly saps their energy. When their energy is exhausted the victims falls asleep, after which the stomach lining seals them in a padded satin cocoon and keeps them safe until Mummy Hippo decides what to do with them.

- Hippo Nursery: Once all her foes have been neatly tucked into her tummy, Mummy Hippo has a special nursery where she brings her babies-to-be. The nursery is actually a mansion with many rooms that has been corrupted and redesigned in the monster's own mothering image. Each room a different nursery with bright childish colors and designs, with endless amounts of babyish accessories - from changing tables to cribs, high-chairs to bouncers, mobiles, music boxes, play mats. All suspiciously adult-sized for the 'babies' she is expecting. Those placed into Hippo Cribs (see below) will be subjected to these babyish implements when Mummy Hippo comes to visit, hypnotic babyish music and mind-muddling mobiles, trips to the feeding chair to nourish them with a fattening mush, tickly satin washcloths to help babies learn to love the touch of soft silky fabrics. All designed to keep the babied prisoners in a regressed mental state to diminish their ability to fight the corruption of the nursery.
- Hippo Cribs: All those Mummy Hippo eats are spat up and placed into big puffy hippo cribs once they reach the nursery. The cribs are adult sized and once a victim is placed inside, they puff up around them to form a thick pillow prison. The soft cocoon gently hugs and rocks, simultaneously sapping the victim's energy while swaddling them in soft satin and nylon - an embarrassingly pleasant experience.

- Hippo Suits: Inside the cribs, hippo costumes begin to form around the victim. The costume matches their mental state, as the further under Mummy Hippo's spell they are, the bigger and plumper the suits become. This also makes the wearer more immobile and clumsy with bloated bellies and padded mittens - a vicious cycle of helplessness that requires more and more of Mummy Hippo's help to perform even the simplest tasks. Of course, the babies-to-be are encouraged to ask mummy for help, rewarded and praised for growing bigger and rounder in a reverse maturation process.

- Hippo Babies: Once the hippo suit inflates to a massive size and the wearer's mental state is teetering on the edge of complete regression, Mummy Hippo takes them out of the crib and gives them one final kiss to seal them as her hippo babies forever. Though the human still exists somewhere within the bloated hippo costumes, the wearer has no memory of their former life and sees Mummy Hippo as the Alpha, the Omega, and everything in between. Each new baby surrenders her powers and becomes part of Mummy Hippo's family, making the monster stronger with each new child.

It takes anywhere from a day to a week for a new Hippo Baby to be born from the crib, quicker if Mummy Hippo is giving them constant attention and babying treatment.

Strategy: As Mummy Hippo is not a strong or physically dominating type, she prefers to pick off the rangers one by one. Typically by getting a hero alone, then using her hypnotic tricks to weaken their mind, body and spirit, before eating them and bringing them back to her nursery for conversion. Hippo babies help Mummy Hippo in luring other heroes into her trap, and no amount of "snap out of it!" or "it's me, remember?" will deter them from disobeying Mummy's orders.
