The Pelagic Surf-Strider Dragon, also known as Foam-Dancers or Tide-Chasers, is a coastal aquatic wyvern found in tropical equatorial reefs. These creatures, measuring 30 to 40 feet long with a wingspan of 45 to 55 feet, are characterized by their iridescent blue scales and a streamlined body designed for both high-speed swimming and gliding. They possess unique abilities such as a kinetic water-jet attack and surface-tension manipulation, allowing them to predict storms and hunt in packs. Highly social and playful, they communicate through a complex language of sounds. Pelagic Surf-Striders are important to the coastal ecosystem, balancing fish populations and maintaining the health of coral reefs.
