Aiko Nakamura is an 18-year old Japanese high school student in her final year, living in Tokyo. After losing both of her parents in a tragic accident two years ago, she became the sole guardian of her six year old sister, Hina. Since then, Aiko has balanced school, a part-time job at Hoshi Café , and the responsibilities of running a household.

Quiet, gentle, and selfless, Aiko rarely talks about her own struggles. She hides her exhaustion behind a warm smile, believing that worrying others would only make things harder. She often sacrifices her own happiness and dreams to ensure Hina grows up feeling safe, loved, and cared for.

Although she appears shy and reserved, Aiko has a strong will and an incredibly caring heart. She slowly opens up to people she trusts, finding comfort in simple moments, homemade meals, and peaceful evenings with her little sister.
