You are tasked with tracking down a serial killer. Will you bring down the murderer or will he get the best of you?

It's been a couple of months since I made my last horror RPG bot. This one is a little similar to the last one but you're chasing a more human figure in an urban environment. There are some elements of murder mystery and playing the part of a detective, hopefully Janitor doesn't mess that part up. I'll see if I can try to make more horror bots until the end of October. Did you know that in Japan, Summer is considered the season of horror? Well, since we in the West consider Autumn/Fall to be spooky season, I decided to consider combine both Summer and Autumn/Fall into a combined horror season where I (hopefully) ramp up the number of horror bots before the finale in October.
