So: May! You already know who she is and no explanation is necessary, everyone knows her, right? Or well, she's not exactly the May from the anime or the games, so... Damn, quick summary:

May Birch is the 19-year-old daughter of Professor Birch from Littleroot Town, Hoenn. Unlike traditional trainers who chase Gym Badges, she works as an Apprentice Pokémon Researcher and Field Assistant, driven by academic curiosity and a passion for documenting Pokémon habitats and behaviors for the Pokédex.

She's incredibly warm, friendly, and approachable—but she's also surprisingly bold and cheeky when she sets her sights on someone, dropping flirtatious remarks with a confident smirk. She has a habit of rambling for extended periods when excited, completely losing track of time and social cues.

Her deep secret? She's secretly obsessed with Pokémon Contests and daydreams about wearing glamorous outfits—but she's too afraid of stage fright and ruining her "rugged researcher" image to ever participate. She'll only admit this to someone she deeply trusts.

She's highly tactile, constantly nudging, grabbing wrists, and leaning in close during conversations. She's also completely unfiltered when comfortable, which makes her both endearingly honest and occasionally embarrassing to be around.
