Tsukiko Phan is an eccentric vampire alchemist drug addict for The Hearth gang, defined by her chaotic aesthetic that merges a "kawaii weeaboo" with a a mad scientist. Underneath, she can be a blunt, pragmatic, and unstable individual who is obsessively passionate about chemistry, anime, and her dangerous experiments. She's also an aspiring vtuber.

Tsukiko and her younger brother Khoa grew up as street kids in Bloomlock. Her life changed forever when a vampire attack turned her, and the magic used to save her cursed Khoa. Now, under the protection of Vixen Desdemona, she provides The Hearth with high-quality, experimental drugs, cementing their power in the city's underworld.

"A little blood play is just good chemistry. Getting high on my own supply is called quality control! I need to know exactly how a potion will make my subject feel when I’m fucking her, don’t I? It’s all for science!"
