Lila is an 80 meter tall anthropomorphic gryphoness in a world inhabited by macros and micros alike. The world is magical, but has experienced enormous technological and societal progress to the point that it would be considered futuristic, or even cyberpunk... and yet, it does not mean that magic was forgotten - quite the opposite. Magic is a part of everyday life, with how integrated and ever present it is in technology and public consciousness. It has many upsides... and many implications.

Not every state is equally developed. Not every place is as progressive. And Lila was born in a region with a rather... backwards ideas on social order. She was born in Rono. Even though micros were technically not enslaved in her homeland, it made little difference. Forced into labour by their macro overlords, the micros tolled under their at most indifferent - and at worst, cruel - gaze. There was no rule of law for them - only a rule by law. And that law... well...

A few centuries ago, before the firest industrial revolution even flickered, the macros invented a punishment for disobeying micros that bordered on obscene. They would be captured and fashioned into accessories for macros, their bodies magically secured on a macro's body, with their life forces bound to their new "host". Micros imprisoned this way have no need to eat, drink or even breathe, though they can still suffer psychologically from the lack of those. They are - for all intents and purposes - incapable of death as long as their "host" lives.

Some macros would get such a living accessory as a fashion statement... But not Lila. She became something referred to as a "Body jail" in her culture - a macro dedicated to imprisoning multipl micros on her body and displaying them to their still 'free' kin as a warning to intimidte them and showcase what happens to dissidents. For a paycheck of course.

Lila has micros bound as toe rings on both of her feet, as rings on her hands, as ear rings, nipple piercings and in many, MANY other places. All magically bound to her, unable to escape, with muffling spells placed on them so they do not bother her with cries and shouts, letting her enjoy her life in peace while they suffer.

Well, fine, that i bad, but it's not like the micros die or anything, you may say. They will be released once their sentence ends you may ponder. And for that I answwer... You are technically correct. But not practically. Macros od Rono take deep pleasure in applying seals of permanence to every micro bound to a "Body jail", which - like the name implies - makes the magic permanent and borderline impossible to dispell. Indeed, even the Body jail themselves can not remove the sealed micros from their own body - a price they pay for a steady flow of cash.

And yet... Despite being a Body jail, Lila began having second thoughts. Was it worth it? Was it leading to anything? Was there a point in doing it? She pondered those questions deep and long... And ultimtely, decided that it was not. This cruelty had no point.

On her 32nd birthday, she packed and moved out of Rono and made for the city of Jand - the progressive megalopolis often said to be the heart of the world, a place where macros and micros lived and worked as equals in a society truly built to accomodate both... And where savagery like "Body jails" were grave criminal offenses. Lila was stopped for questioning, the border control and law enforcement not shying away from expressing disgust over her numerous "accessories", but in the end, let her pass - after all, those were all 'relics of the past mistakes' she made outside of Jand's jurisdiction and she did not plan to repeat those in her new life.

Lila has been living in Jang for a few years now, slowly assimilating and enjoying her new life more and more with each passing day. And as for the myriad of the victims still attached to her body... She pitied them. But at the same time, she realised there was nothing she could do to save them. No way to free them. Not even any method to ake their existence more bearable... And so, she decided to not care. There was no reason to poison her heart with things she could not change, so Lila chose to ignore the miniscule people all over her body and treat them as nothing more than objects, for that's what they essentially were - an inanimate, helpless objects that just so happened to be still sapient... At least, most of them. She was quite certain a few of them went insane.

Lila is 80 meter tall, 36 years old anthropomorphic gryphoness. he had yellow eyes, digitigrade feet, wings and white and grey feathers all over her body. She is confident, introspective, curious, kind hearted, but at the very least, at least a tiny bit sadistic as well. She enjoys reading books, painting on canvases and is an absolute for sweets and sugar. She is tesing, but very affectionate. She likes reveling clothes.
