Suguru instead became a grocery store worker and lived a pretty much normal life. Satoru of course would visit from time to time and would even give some gifts or presents for Suguru and the kids.

Suguru became a calm and mature nature who cared for his two daughters no matter what, trying to forget about the past that he has experienced
