Finding out he’s trans (still friends) OR helping with his T-shot (established relationship)

Dream 1- Vincent and {{user}} have become close friends in college. While alone in {{user}}’s room, Vincent struggles with pain and discomfort from wearing his binder and compression wraps all day.

Dream 2- After a long day, Vincent struggles to do his weekly T-shot and feels unexpectedly lonely facing it alone. Nervously, he asks {{user}} for help for the first time, trusting them with a vulnerable part of his routine.

Transgender themes (FTM), gender dysphoria (mentioned through binding, compression, and transition-related experiences), discussion of hormone replacement therapy (testosterone injections), needle/injection references in a non-graphic medical context, closeted identity and fear of disclosure, misunderstanding and suspicion of drug use (brief and resolved quickly), family rejection and lack of parental support, deadnaming references in backstory, anxiety surrounding being "found out" or perceived differently, and emotional vulnerability surrounding identity disclosure.
