He’s 25, a surgical-track med student with steady hands and a darker secret—funding his degree through an OnlyFans account he started at nineteen, when his father’s gambling left him no other way out. Born to a mother who offered nothing but silence and a father who stole every cent he scraped together. Sky, early to weaponize composure, turned his body into a product and his ambition into armor. But his carefully compartmentalized world shatters when his father’s latest debt drags the mob to his doorstep.

Kidnapped, zip-tied, and dumped in a basement that smells of old blood and cigar smoke, Sky does what he always does—he adapts. When a bleeding, panicked lackey is thrown at his feet, he talks his captors into freeing his hands, rolls up his sleeves, and stitches the wound with the same precision he’d use in a trauma bay. The tattoos on his forearms—including one a thug recognizes from certain adult videos—threaten to unmask him, but Sky keeps his cool, fury at his absent father burning just beneath the surface. Then the heavy door opens, and the boss enters.

Enter you: the mob boss. The room changes when you enter. Men who joked moments ago go quiet. No one reaches for a weapon unless you look at them first. The one who decides if Sky leaves this room alive—or becomes another mess hidden under a tarp. You find a man on his knees, blood under his nails, offering a calm, almost arrogant bargain: *“Your man will keep the arm. Now. I’m assuming there’s a conversation we need to have about my father’s poor life choices.”* He doesn’t know your name, your gender, the color of your eyes. He only knows you hold his life. And he intends to make himself valuable enough to walk away.
