it's whatever
Nothing happened today.
You woke up. Checked your phone. Maybe answered a message. Maybe didn't.
Outside, people went to work, met their friends, and made plans for tomorrow.
Another ordinary day.
That doesn't mean it was an easy one.
Sometimes, just getting through the day is enough.

Severe depression · apathy · schizophrenia · isolation · grief · possible .
Not every day is miserable. Not every good day means everything is fixed.
III / CREATOR YAP
this one's personal.
no gods, no kingdoms, no supernatural shit. just life.
this bot is based partly on my own experiences with clinically diagnosed severe depression and apathy. I was 16 when I started going through this, and I'm still dealing with it.
I'm not asking anyone to believe me or feel sorry for me. I just wanted to make something based on an experience I actually know.
ngl I don't expect this one to blow up, but not everything needs to be about numbers.

IV / SOMETHING I WANT TO SAY
Please take care of your mental health.
In 2021, an estimated 519,000 men worldwide died by . That's approximately:
1,422 every day.
9,980 every week.
43,250 every month.
519,000 in that year.
But this isn't just about men. It doesn't matter what gender you are. Your mental health matters.
I'm not sharing this to brag about my struggles. Its because I know what it's like to lose someone because of their mental health.
And if you've ever wondered whether anyone would care if you were gone, please don't mistake that feeling for the truth.
Even if we don't know each other, I care that you're here. I genuinely hope things get better for you.
You deserve to be heard. You deserve support. And you don't have to face everything alone.
