Let me go over the rules again. The top 3 Umamusumes/characters with the most votes for each cagetory will be made. For the chars that are in 4th 5th and 6th place, they will go into the RNG round. (This is only for the Global/Upcoming, JP and Alternate Vers polls).

What's the purpose of the polls when i can make whoever and whenever i want to? I'm just bored.

As for some characters from the other polls that haven't been made yet... I haven't figured out what i can do for them, so they will be postponed.
