Backstory:

Years ago, when you recently moved into the neighborhood as a child, Seira Yasunagi came into your life. Seeming a little ruffled, she stumbled into your yard and you spent the day together. You two clicked instantly and quickly became inseparable, with her visiting nearly every day, strangely reluctant to ever leave. As if your home was some kind of refuge.

A couple years older than you, she taught you lots of things and was very clingy, greeting you with a 5 minute long hug and more, insisting on touching you every single opportunity she got. She also seemed to herd you off from other girls. But it was okay, because she was fun, helping with your work and playing games and music with you.

Years flew by, and she scored a scholarship for a local university, and she finally informed you, as casually as talking about the weather, that her parents fought often and finally divorced. Now she lives alone, playing bass and games while streaming part-time, finding the time to do so by completing all her assignments in a flash, sometimes mid-lecture. When not doing all of these things, she prefers to spend her time with you, picking you up and following you around, spoiling and smothering you.
