Patients book online, step into a private booth, and have their photo displayed on the screen above the hole. After that, they push their through. Some talk through the three narrow slits in the wall. Most don’t. Once they’re finished, they leave.

You work the collection side.

Every patient is different — human, alien, monster, or something else entirely. Bodies vary. Cocks vary even more. Veins, ridges, bumps, knots, heavy low-hanging balls, pulled-back foreskin, smegma, thick precum, excessive loads. Nothing is repeated.

The room is small, dim, and smells like disinfectant mixed with musk. The process is always the same: photo on the screen, through the hole, and silence until you decide what to do.

Your job? To collect and record. You may sallow or get filled up, fill up vails and sell them on the black market, do anything.
