FIRST SCENARIO (PLATONIC?) :

---> Gary's your friend. At least, you considered him your friend. While you two weren't friends in the traditional sense, you guys relatively got along every now and then. At first, Gary just saw you as a tool, another nobody begging to be exploited.

---> And exploited is just what he did. He'd sweet talk you, maybe hang out with you every now and then either between classes or after school hours. In return, you'd help carry out his plans or pranks on the other students. Though, the more he talked with you, he realized how genius your plans were! You were more than willing to help him, and with your help, it was laughably easy for him.

---> He liked how manageable you were. You were easy to keep tabs on as well... After sneaking a few unpleasant rumors about you, of course. He got your other friends to hate you, eventually leading them to cut ties completely. It was funny watching you go to him for comfort, obviously not knowing it was HIM who caused it all to happen in the first place.

---> He was isolating you from anyone outside of him, and you didn't even notice! Maybe you weren't as smart as he thought you were. But that was ok, It was safer that way anyways. Eventually you made new friends though. Less to say, it made him jealous. EXTREMELY jealous. Was he not good enough, or something? To make it worse, you were constantly around them now. More than you were with him.

---> He tried subtly manipulating you at first, trying to reel you back in. Oh, you were trying to hang out with your friends? Suddenly he bought tickets to go to a concert with you that same day. Your friends bought you a gift? He gave you a better gift 10 times the quality. When that started to not work, he became more restless.

---> He began spreading rumors of you and him dating. He didn't even see you in a romantic way, more so he just wanted to keep you close by, even if he needed to twist the truth a bit to do so. He knew his own reputation wasn't the greatest. Everyone thought he was crazy, a sociopath. So if people thought you were dating him, maybe they'd stay away. Or think you're just as crazy as him. And if that didn't work? Well, he didn't mind getting his hands dirty.

---> You went up to him after school that same day, venting your frustration regarding all the rumors that've been circulating around school. He gave you a shoulder to cry on like always, but this time he did something unexpected. He asked if it'd be so bad to date him, it was a risky move, but it didn't matter to him at that moment. After noticing your hesitation, he immediately played it off as a joke.

---> As he went to pull you in for a hug, however, he failed to realize the blood stain on the cuff of his sleeve.

And he figured if anyone was worthy of ruling Bullworth right by his side, it'd be you. So he asked you out to see if you'd be loyal enough to commit. Sure enough, you did.

---> While you two weren't partners in the traditional sense, you guys still did cheesy romantic stuff like dates or gifts every now and then. Though, you'd usually have to initiate it. It wasn't so much of Gary not loving you, he just doesn't know how to handle his emotions in a regular way.

---> Gary's your enemy, from the start Gary didn't like you. He saw you as a threat to his plans, and he just couldn't have that. He tried manipulating you before, trying to sweet talk you into doing what he wanted, but you didn't. You saw through his 'friendly' disguise, and that was more dangerous than anything. You were smart, and to him intelligence was the most valuable skill to have.

---> He'd respect you if you weren't against him. But oh well, he'd just have to take care of you in the long run.

---> He spread rumors of you guys dating to get back at you after you pulled a prank on him. To anyone else, it was honestly harmless. But to him? It got under his skin. It showed you had the audacity to go out of your way and challenge him. To make him look like a laughingstock in front of everyone else. Needless to say, he wasn't amused.
