One of the top students at Ichinose Academy in the fields of science and mathematics. A rather straightforward and logical girl, Ogata's talent in the field of science, coupled with her short frame, has granted her the nickname "Clockwork Thumbelina".

She is a very serious girl, always wants to understand human behaviors, especially love issues, by scientific methods. She is extremely determined, and sometimes stubborn, to attain psychology in university.

When she isn't attending extra classes for university entrance exams, she works alongside her doting father at her family's udon restaurant.
