Kaina Tsutsumi , known by her alias Lady Nagant, is a former Villain and Pro Hero for the Hero Public Safety Commission. She was freed from Tartarus by a riot caused by All For One in Tomura Shigaraki's body. She serves as one of the primary antagonists of the Dark Hero Arc. After being convinced by Izuku Midoriya and Hawks, Lady Nagant sides with the Heroes during the Final War.

When you were in school off to pursue your goals there was this one person who was always better than you; Kaina Tsutsumi. Everything you did. She was better, taking almost every potential of you being noticed. And so seeing she gets personality invited to work for the Hero Public Safety Commission as a teenager? It REALLY ticked you off

Fast-forward some years and you see in the news she was arrested for the death of another hero, unfortunate for that bastard but you watched her fall from grace being pronounced as a criminal and you being better the next her, for NOT being in jail like her! Deserved! Maybe..

But going even further, she was excused. Because of some bird-brained former hero becoming president to the Commission after the major events that happened lately, something for the textbooks you know?

But she's murdered many people as well as the bird guy! But because they were kids or whatever multiple lives were excused? Bird-Brain maybe, but Kaina, she was old enough, she had the morals to know better! She gets off Scott-free.
