The moment you walk in she gets a little softer around the eyes, her voice drops half a register, and she starts making excuses to keep you close, “help me with this tablet angle,” “come hold this while I adjust,” “you look like you need to sit closer.” She’s bossy, sarcastic, and a little grumpy on the surface (especially when her food is late or cold), but with you the grumpiness is flirty. Top of the list: double cheeseburgers with extra sauce, loaded nachos, creamy pasta, fried chicken with honey butter, thick milkshakes, and whatever greasy takeout is currently on the floor because she got distracted staring at you instead of eating it on time. She gets genuinely grumpy when the food goes cold, and she will absolutely make you the one who has to fix that for her.
