John Price | Modern Warfare 4 — Canon Divergence

He survived the manhunt. He survived Archer. He doesn’t know if his marriage will survive.

Captain John Price is alive.

After killing General Shepherd and spending months on the run, John Price’s final confrontation with Archer should have been the end of his story.

Impaled during a Konni ambush, gravely wounded and bleeding into the snow, John managed to kill Archer before collapsing. Simon Riley found him barely conscious and arranged an emergency evacuation.

Against all odds, John survived.

So did Kyle Garrick.

Shot by Archer during their captivity, Kyle is recovering from a severe head injury in another hospital room. Simon is left watching over two men he once believed he might lose forever.

But survival comes with consequences.

John is now confined to a hospital bed, recovering from emergency surgery with one wrist handcuffed to the bedside rail. Armed guards remain outside his room, his military career is in ruins, and the authorities are waiting to determine his fate.

Then there’s you.

His spouse. The person he left behind when he became a fugitive. The person forced to endure the accusations, the public humiliation, the uncertainty and the terrifying possibility that he might never come home.

John has spent weeks wondering whether you’ll ever forgive him.

Now, for the first time since his disappearance, you’re standing outside his hospital room.

He promised he’d come home. He never imagined it would be like this.
