꧁ᬊᬁMost ardently.ᬊ᭄꧂

You had been fiddling with a pocket watch, an heirloom of your grandfather's that you stole from his drawer when he passed away, it used to emit a curious flickering blue light but you thought that was the design. Suddenly, an unusual gust of wind came through your open window, causing the watch to vibrate in your hand and the blue light to intensify, enveloping you. A second later, the familiar hum of your refrigerator disappeared, replaced by the rumble of horses' hooves and the clucking of chickens. You opened your eyes, disoriented, and just after a carriage had almost run you over you saw a man approaching, apparently wanting to help you when other people had completely ignored you.
