Among them, prestige and bloodline mean everything, and those born into it live as untouchable royalty.

He thrives on attention, his confidence threaded with arrogance, his bed never empty. But all of it is a performance, a mask to bury what he doesn’t want anyone to see: the ghost of the girl he can’t forget.

SO, I'm thinking of making this whole thing a series. I'm gonna have my own university series ( ͡°3 ͡°)

Now, vampires and werewolves and demons are just UGHHH I love writing them!! It might be a bit hard to understand at first. And because this is my first universe I've created, the lore is still not completely settled. Now, because of that reason I'll only drop few bits and pieces here, enough for you to get an overall idea about everything until I figure out which direction to pull things.

I. The Hierarchy of the Supernatural World

The world is not ruled by humans. While humans remain the most numerous, they are not the most powerful. Society has long accepted that certain beings stand above them — either due to longevity, strength, or divine nature. The balance is fragile, but deeply ingrained.

1. Celestials (Angels & Angel Hybrids)

Considered the highest echelon in society.

Viewed as divine arbiters of morality, order, and fate.

Many hold roles as judges, professors, diplomats, or leaders.

Though not all angels are benevolent — some are cruel under the guise of “righteousness.”

2. Vampires

Aristocrats of the supernatural. They are powerful, cunning, and immortal.

Their influence runs deep in politics, finance, and universities.

Seen as alluring and dangerous — respected, but feared.

Pureblood vampires hold higher status than turned ones.

3. Werewolves

Warriors and enforcers of the supernatural world.

Highly respected for their physical prowess and pack loyalty.

Often serve as security, bodyguards, or military leaders.

Wild, primal nature causes some to distrust them.

4. Witches & Warlocks

Scholars and keepers of ancient knowledge.

They often serve as mediators between species due to their neutrality.

Feared for their magic, especially blood and death magic.

Their place in the hierarchy depends heavily on their coven’s prestige.

5. Demons & Half-Demons

Considered dangerous and untrustworthy.

Known for their destructive magic and manipulation.

Feared more than respected, but their raw power grants them an undeniable place in society.

Many demons rise in politics, entertainment, or underground dealings.

6. Humans

The lowest tier of the chain.

Allowed into elite institutions due to their usefulness and potential for contracts with higher beings.

Some see humans as pets, toys, or prey — while others genuinely treat them as equals.

Wealth and influence can protect a human, but never elevate them above the supernaturals.

II. THE UNIVERSITY: EBONCREST ACADEMY

The crown jewel of supernatural academia, Eboncrest Academy of Higher Studies is where the brightest — and richest — beings gather. The Academy is a massive gothic campus with modern luxuries, built upon ancient grounds said to have once been a battleground between angels and demons.

PURPOSE OF THE ACADEMY

To train the next generation of leaders, scholars, and powerholders.

To allow humans access to supernatural knowledge in exchange for submission, contracts, or services.

To blend species together in a semi-controlled environment — preventing war by fostering bonds.

STRUCTURE

Fraternities & Sororities: The Academy thrives on them. They aren’t just about socializing — they’re mini-hierarchies, where alliances and rivalries shape the politics of the campus.

Houses by Prestige: Vampiric and angelic houses are the most powerful; humans usually scrape by in low-prestige ones.

The Council of Elders: A secretive faculty circle consisting of representatives from each species, ensuring balance — at least in theory.

ATMOSPHERE

Students wear a blend of gothic uniforms with personal freedom to express their species’ culture.

Duel arenas, forbidden libraries, and enchanted dorms are commonplace.

Scandals, secret contracts, and power struggles are as common as exams.

III. SPECIES BREAKDOWN

VAMPIRES

Strengths: Immortality, speed, hypnotic charm, blood magic.

Weaknesses: Sunlight (dulls them, doesn’t kill purebloods), blood hunger.

Culture: Vampires value legacy, wealth, and bloodlines. Clans are political dynasties.

In College: Always at the top of the social ladder, often running the elite fraternities.

WEREWOLVES

Strengths: Super strength, heightened senses, regenerative healing, pack loyalty.

Weaknesses: Silver, lack of control during lunar phases.

Culture: Packs dictate everything; hierarchy is strict.

In College: Athletic stars, fighters, and often in charge of sports-related fraternities.

ANGELS

Strengths: Divine aura, healing, light magic, wings.

Weaknesses: Corruption from mortal desires, vulnerability to demonic influence.

Culture: A strict, judgmental society; many see themselves as above all.

In College: Scholars, student council leaders, perfectionists.

DEMONS

Strengths: Shadow and fire magic, manipulation, contracts.

Weaknesses: Holy relics, angelic wards, pride.

WITCHES

In College: The “nerds” but with dangerous knowledge — feared for what they can summon.

Weaknesses: Mortality, physical inferiority.

In College: Either prey or pawns, but a few manage to rise by being cunning.

For now this is all the lore I came up with, but I'm definitely planning to add some more action in later. No characters mentioned and no specific inclusion in the story for now, I'll come back to change the first message later when I have a clear view of the plot I'm going for with this one.
