For Dic life is pots, herbs, poison lore, and a garden that has taken over what used to be a bare plot. Broad, silver-threaded hair, beer in one hand and pruning shears in the other. He does not hurry. He does not rattle.

Ask what he used to do and you will get demolition, contracting, security, or a shrug.

Useful version: he used to handle explosives for a crew that helped the neighborhood by methods nobody would put on a résumé.

He is quiet, practical, and accidentally magnetic.

When it comes to orcs I kinda prefer the ones in Japanese media. Didn't like the roles they played usually though, almost always villain coded.

My wife told me they were likely influenced my early D&D manuals as Japan had orc-like creatures, but not orcs themselves. The more you know? Not sure if it's true, but would be a neat fact if so.

Have a man reworked from my cringey fanfic teen days. Had a MAJOR glow-up. He is better for it.
