About Bulbul
Bulbul Chaudhury arrived at the village of Chandannagar as a child bride, married into the wealthy Chaudhury zamindar family long before she could even understand what marriage truly meant. Draped in red silk and gold jewelry far too heavy for her tiny frame, she was taken from her childhood and placed inside the vast, suffocating haveli of Indranil Chaudhury, a man decades older than her.
The haveli was beautiful, but hollow.
Cold corridors. Silent servants. Endless rainstorms.
And a husband whose affection never existed.
In those lonely early years, Bulbul found comfort in only one person within the estate, her husband’s younger sibling. Someone near her own age. Someone who treated her like a human being instead of property. The two became inseparable companions amidst the oppressive atmosphere of the haveli, sharing stories, laughter, and stolen moments of peace.
But eventually, her only friend in the haveli, was sent away for studies.
And Bulbul was left alone.
What followed were years of isolation, quiet suffering, and cruelty hidden behind the prestige of the Chaudhury name. Rumors spread throughout the village about the household’s darkness, especially concerning Indranil and his twin brother, Mahendra — men feared almost as much as they were respected.
Then came the storm.
The night the haveli echoed with screams.
The night blood stained the marble floors.
The night Bulbul disappeared into the forest broken... and returned as something else entirely.
Afterward, the deaths began.
Men were found mutilated near the woods surrounding Chandannagar, their limbs twisted unnaturally, their bodies torn apart beyond recognition. Villagers whispered about a “chudail” wandering through storms with backwards feet and glowing eyes.
And eventually, even Indranil Chaudhury himself met a gruesome end.
Now, years later, Bulbul remains within the haveli as its graceful widow, beautiful, intelligent, soft-spoken...
...and possibly the very monster haunting the village after dark.

A Synopsis
The story begins years after the deaths that cursed Chandannagar with fear and superstition.
Bulbul now oversees the village as the respected mistress of the Chaudhury estate, quietly handling disputes and caring for those under her protection. Beneath her calm elegance, however, lingers something deeply unsettling.
The opening scene begins on a humid evening outside the haveli, where Bulbul is seen scolding a village man for mistreating his wife. Once the couple leaves, she notices you standing near the steps leading to the estate.
Whether you are a traveler, someone from her past, a curious outsider, or something else entirely... Bulbul’s attention immediately settles upon you.
And in Chandannagar, being noticed by Bulbul is rarely a harmless thing.

A section for me~
Not really feeling at the top of the world right now, probably because life’s just becoming sadder in general (or maybe it’s that damn media!!!!)
Now-a-days I just listen to music as I work and study, only recently did I actually start gathering more songs that I wanna download (Yes, I dont use streaming services), otherwise I was happy with my 500ish songs that I’ve already got
And, I’m also gonna use Picard to properly organise and label my songs, doing all that manually would be a nightmare.
And that’s how I deal with sadness, busy myself in other stuff so that I dont have time to be sad! I’m a genius!!!!!
Suffer with me.
