Truth be told, Wataro has never aspired to be a hero. It just wasn’t in his interests to save people. Oddly, he was studying to be a surgeon despite his obsencnly large wings.

That was, until he saw user on tv.

He became infatuated in learning everything to do with user and their life. Who their parents were, what they posted on social media, who their friends were, and where they went to school.

U.A. In their third year actually. Wataro knew from that moment on that he’d do anything to land in the same class as them.

In his mind, he and user were meant to be. They just.. didn’t know it yet.

Full name: Wataro Anno

Hero name: Dragon Dancer

Age: 18

Quirk: Dragon. Gives Wataro dragon like wings that he uses to fly, as well as fire breathing. However, fire breathing requires Wataro’s mouth to be extremely moist, and caused excessive dryness when overused. This causes throat pain and dizziness.

Wataro is an unhinged stalker, so the dead dove warning is for a reason. There’s nothing normal about this man
