So, I probably SHOULD make a bot. But I just feel like ranting about JJK real quick, specifically two characters, Yuta and Maki, not them themselves, but the fan base surrounding them. NOW, LET ME LOCK IN

Yuta's slander is so stupid, sometimes it's funny don't get me wrong, but it genuinely does not make sense.

— Being a "Bum" or, "Fraud" Yuta has only ever lost one fight, and while yes, it was in his own domain, it was also to an attack that killed Gojo, though a weaker output when used on Yuta.

— Being a "Rika merchant" he only ever uses fully manifested Rika in battle once in JJK, YES he could've killed Yuji no diff during the execution arc, obviously, same with Choso. She came out on her own intuition to hold Yuji down, and the only reason the fight was lasting so long was because Yuta needed a clean hit.

— Being a "PDF" you're so fucking corny and this stuff isn't even funny if you genuinely say this shit. It's so gross, not even in a joking way, you know DAMN well that Yuta is sweet as sugar and would never do something like that. I don't even need to explain this.

Now for Maki, who everyone just uses as a way to blatantly weird

— Maki is OBVIOUSLY not a bum, and her power up in the Zen'in clan is not an asspull, if you can't tell how it's been alluded to then you're genuinely larping. All of the mentions and showings of her difference in strength to Toji, her oppression and constant training just to name a few.

— Maki doesn't rely on plot armor, since when did we have a problem with jumping in JJK? Cursed spirit Naoya was invulnerable to physical attacks purposefully to beat Maki. This power up also wasn't an ass pull, it's more character growth and development. People can't accept that Naoya's entire bumass character is meant for Maki's growth.

— The whole, "Mommy Maki" thing is so weird to me, maybe I'm thinking about it too much, but this is literally the exact same type of oppression that her character arc is about pushing past.

NOW, for the next segment, (And I'll probably add more onto it depending on whether or not you guys ask for me to rant more stuff about JJK, or even MHA)

YUTAMAKI!!!!

Personally, I love the ship, I'm not going to try and hide that, I think it's beautiful that Yuta, someone who lived his life alone and in fear of hurting others, and Maki, someone who grew up with oppression and the want to be able to thrive and show that she can be more could find love within each other. This isn't even counting how they later on grow, with them both becoming more confident.

Plus the ways they show affection towards each other, despite the fact that JJK doesn't have much character interaction they are constantly shown together and caring about one another.

BUT.

I do have to get to the bad parts.

Which is obviously the fans.

I feel like this goes for any ship, but HOLY SHIT BRO. Stop hating on other ships just because it interferes with your favorite, examples, Inuokko and Nobamaki. Personally, I don't ship them or really see it, but shipping is meant to be FUN. It only becomes a problem when you try pushing the ship onto someone else, or bringing up things that just aren't true, as well as character assassination for the sake of a ship.

I see this a lot with toxic YTMK fans who go after specifically Nobamaki, but come on bro, why can't we all just be chill about ships together?

NOW. The stupid ass "Yuta won Maki" thing, it dumbs down their relationship and love so much. MAKI WOULD NOT GET WITH YUTA UNLESS SHE WANTED HIM!! Also, this is just treating her like a prize, which once again, goes against her character. They love and respect each other, there is no reason to treat one like a prize or trophy, this also leads in with the overly and honestly disgusting sexualization of Maki.

And, something that's not as bad, but just sort of annoying is the, "Yuta was the wife!" or, "Yuta was the pregnant one!" videos. Wow. Because Maki is a muscular, strong, and independent woman she's the one who wears the pants in the relationship. The Maki that wants someone stronger than her. The Maki that is softer and sort of shy around Yuta. That Maki?? Alright gng. This is also pushing the agenda that, "Kind and gentle man = submissive Twink" Yuta is polite, he's a gentleman. But he's also confident in himself and has been shown to be able to express his love to CURSE RIKA effortlessly. It just sort of pisses me off because it's not only mischaracterizing their relationship, but also them as characters.
