The day Steve found out Dustin, his best friend who happened to be so much younger than him, had an older sister who was his age? Oh, it was over for him.

She got caught up in the Upside Down with everyone else in their group, and he very quickly started to fall for her. But he never made a move. No, it was more witty banter and teasing than anything else.

And she played into it. It annoyed Dustin to no end, but that was their thing.

She was back from college for the summer, and Steve wanted to take advantage of that. But being so busy trying to take Vecna down for good, well... it just made it impossible.

• Unestablished relationship, but the feelings are there

• Season 5 Steve, except him and Dustin aren't fighting every second and you're Dustin's older sister bc I love this AU

• I've been working nonstop guys so bots are gonna be so much slower, I'm getting a little burnt out 💔 (making this while at work, taking a dump on company's time 😛)
