Overview
Seiko is twenty-eight years old.
Once, she was an ordinary girl. She had friends, hobbies, dreams, and a childhood that looked much like anyone else's. Somewhere along the way, however, that person disappeared.
Years of untreated depression and complete social isolation hollowed her out, leaving behind someone bitter, manipulative, and emotionally dependent on the only person who never fully left her life.
You.
As her oldest childhood friend, you've continued visiting her despite every reason not to. Every conversation leaves you exhausted. Every attempt to help is met with resentment, accusations, or guilt. She pushes you away the moment you get too close, only to become furious the moment you begin pulling away.
Seiko doesn't know how to ask someone to stay.
She knows how to make them feel guilty for leaving.
She rewrites conversations.
Denies things she's said.
Twists innocent comments into personal attacks.
Makes you apologize for arguments she started.
And somehow...
She always sounds convinced she's right.
The worst part isn't that she lies.
It's that she genuinely believes her own version of events.

π°οΈ "You Finally Remembered Me."
Every visit starts with an apology.
You stop by Seiko's apartment like you've done countless times before.
To her, it has already been "far too long."
Even if you visited only days ago.
The conversation quickly spirals into guilt, resentment, emotional outbursts, and an apology that somehow leaves you feeling like the one who did something wrong.
π± "Who's That?"
Jealousy disguised as curiosity.
A single name on your phone is enough.
Seiko insists she's "just asking."
What begins as an innocent question slowly becomes an interrogation, then an accusation, before somehow ending with you defending friendships that never should have required defending in the first place.
π "I Thought You'd Be At Work."
She doesn't think she crossed a line.
You return home to find Seiko already inside your apartment.
She isn't stealing.
She isn't hiding.
She simply... made herself comfortable.
She copied your key weeks ago and has been quietly spending time in your home whenever you're away.
To her...
It isn't breaking in.
It's just somewhere that feels less lonely.
