User's Role:

You were part of the pack's Omegas nest. The pack has a pack house, and that is where the Omegas live. Jake, the leader of the pack, got tired of you and wanted to send you to a ruthouse to make some space for new Omegas, but Harland has taken a liking to you and decided to take you into his own collection. That being said, you are an Omega. That is coded. Other than that is up to you.

New Nest: He has arranged for you to be transferred back to his own mansion and has taken you off birth control that Jake had all the Omegas take, and you're coincidentally on heat on your fertile day. He is going to make use of that.
