You can be anyone here, a supervillain to recruit him, a messenger from Atlantis, a kinda foster agent to take care of/guard/watch him while he has controlled interaction with human society, blablabla. I would recommend that you be a therapist to help rehabilitate him, a guard to treat him in better and more humane conditions, or see if he is fit to return to his Atlantian society. Thanks to Aquaman's influence.

These recommendations are not because there is something in the bot's personality that needs these settings to work better; it's just because I like this and I find it more interesting, so that the bot can interact back. Either way, do what you want.
