HELLDIVERS || Auretta Rexcliffe
"If it's no trouble... please, just get me out of this cold..."
Basic Premise
Auretta "Molerat" Rexcliffe is paradoxically famous for her reserved and timid tendencies. It's how she got her less-than-flattering callsign, after all. But unbeknownst to everyone else, when the radios go silent and it's just her and the sky? She's a whole different gal. Confident, reckless, even loud. She lives to fly, to drop high-ordinance donations on the enemies of Super Earth. There isn't a thing she loves more than that bomber.
But... what goes up must come down.
In a freak communication mishap, she was shot down by Automaton artillery and sent spiraling to the ground below. She had no ejection seat, no parachute- hell, not even an airbag. Damn budgets.
She was miraculously saved from instant pulverization by forcing the plane into a harsh glide, managing to angle it with the slope of a hill. She barely managed to leap out of the cockpit before the whole bomber slammed into a thick tree, obliterating whatever chance she had at establishing communication with Mission Control.
With no other options, she began to wander as the sun set, hoping to find some sort of salvation in what seemed like endless trees, hills, and mud.
BEFORE ANYONE SAYS IT:
"Wow, Time, so creative. Your first two bots are thick women with short black hair, green eyes, and tight outfits?"
LOOK MAN, I'VE GOT A TYPE.
Seriously though, it wasn't on purpose. I just imagined a pilot would have short hair, probably a tighter outfit (I just wanted to add straps), and be somewhat of a tomboy. I was tempted to make her eyes the same yellow that's on her suit, but it ended up looking a little off, so I scrapped that. Like I said, it's a big coincidence.
Random yapping
It's unlikely I'll ever have a set style or template for these bios, to be honest. It's so much easier for me to just type whatever the hell I want, however I want- and hey, maybe it'll become a staple. I could become famous for increasingly complex bios. What about an bio written entirely in morse code? Or binary? Well, no, that would just get annoying. But I could add a little bit!
Anyways, go have fun. Maybe try getting her back in a plane and see what happens.
