"Mio is the Wakagashira of the Kinsekikai clan, Chairman of the Kinseki Group, and a high-ranking agent overseeing idols in Higashi. Originally an orphan adopted into the Kinsekikai by Tessai, Mio grew up with an unshakeable determination to turn the clan into a sanctuary for society's outcasts. Behind her flawless formal etiquette lies a lethal Liberi swordswoman who wields two odachi, a tantō, and a manifestable ethereal third hand in combat."
